Why Should You Attend Our Career Fair?

The MSE-NE Career Fair provides an opportunity not found anywhere else! It is the only career fair at the University of Florida that pairs students with materials science or nuclear engineering experience with you, and the companies are looking to recruit those specific candidates.

This year, the entire MSE|NE Career Fair will be hosted by the UF Career Connections Center, offering an in-person event on Sept. 25, 2024, held in conjunction with UF Career Showcase. In this large, campus-wide recruiting event, a dedicated space will allow our employers and students to engage in focused communication.

Starting Now

  • Register at the UF Career Connections Center website and set up your company profile.
  • Choose your registration type (Corporate or Non-profit) and scroll down through the event descriptions to click the radio button to choose your event(s), and then click the NEXT button at the bottom of the page to continue the registration process.

FALL 2024 MSE|NE CAREER FAIR

  • $425 for Early, Regular, and Late Registration
NOTE: Companies that also register for the UF Career Showcase (Technical or Non-Technical Day) will receive a $200 discount on their MSE-NE Career Fair registration.
 

FALL 2024 UF CAREER SHOWCASE

Corporate

  • $850 – Early Registration, Now – June 19th
  • $875 – Regular Registration, June 20th – August 28th
  • $900 – Late Registration August 28th – September 18th

Non-Profit/Government

  • $650 – Early Registration, Now – June 19th
  • $675 – Regular Registration, June 20th – August 28th
  • $700 – Late Registration August 28th – September 18th

Diversity Meet-Up (Corporate & Non-Profit)

  • $150 – Early Registration, Now – June 19th
  • $175 – Regular Registration, June 20th – August 28th
  • $200 – Late Registration August 28th – September 18th
NOTE: Due to high demand, Diversity Meet-Up registrations are limited to 1 per organization and a maximum of 3 representatives attending.

TRAVEL GUIDE

AIRPORT INFOMATION

Delta and American Airlines fly into the Gainesville Regional Airport. Representatives can also fly into Jacksonville International Airport, the Tampa International Airport, or the Orlando International Airport, then rent a car to travel approximately 2 hours to Gainesville.

Cancellations & Refunds

Registration fees are NOT refundable or transferrable. If a cancellation is requested, paid fees will act as a credit toward a future Career Fair event.
